Is Propzion legit?+

Yes. Propzion operates a fully verified marketplace with a proprietary listing identifier (PMLS), verified agent LAG numbers, and partner vetting for lenders, escrow lawyers, and inspectors. Every listing on Propzion is checked for authenticity, and payment flows never touch Propzion — we facilitate the transaction, third-party escrow handles funds.

What countries does Propzion cover?+

Propzion serves five primary markets today — Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana and Egypt — with additional African markets rolling out through 2026. Localised pricing, currency, tax settings and regulatory packs are configured per country.

How is Propzion different from other property sites?+

Traditional property sites are classifieds. Propzion is an operating system: verified PMLS-numbered listings, an integrated agent CRM & Transaction Desk, a partner marketplace (lenders, escrow, inspectors, valuers, movers), a Rent OS for landlords, an Investor Suite with alpha metrics and macro overlays, and a Real Estate School for licensing — all under one login.

Is Propzion free to use?+

Browsing and enquiring on Propzion is 100% free for buyers and renters. Agents have a free Starter tier for up to 5 listings; paid tiers (Agent Pro $49/mo and Agent Ultimate $99/mo) unlock the Transaction Desk, Lead Routing and Website Builder. Developers have equivalent tiers. Lenders, banks and mortgage brokers get 6 months free, then $500/month.

Propzion was founded by a team of Africa-focused real estate operators and technologists in Lagos in 2024, with the mission of building the definitive property operating system for the continent.

How do I list a property on Propzion?+

Register an agent or developer account at propzion.com, complete verification, and use the "New listing" wizard to upload photos, set pricing and publish. Every listing gets a unique PMLS number and appears on the Propzion Marketplace immediately.

Does Propzion offer mortgages?+

Propzion doesn't issue mortgages directly — instead, we operate a lender marketplace where verified banks and mortgage lenders bid for your qualified loan enquiry. Applicants complete a single Propzion Mortgage Application and receive competing offers from vetted partners.
