Trust by design

Editorial standards

Real estate is a YMYL (“Your Money or Your Life”) topic. We treat it that way. Here’s exactly how every article on Propzion is researched, reviewed and refreshed.

Every article is reviewed by a verified LAG professional

No article reaches our readers without a final review by a Propzion-verified lawyer (LAG-LW), agent (LAG-AG), verifier (LAG-VR), developer (LAG-DV) or lender (LAG-LN). Their LAG identifier, photo and credentials appear on every piece they review — because trust is earned, not claimed.

Sources are always primary

Where we cite a law, tax, mortgage rate or government process, we link directly to the primary source: the Land Use Act, KMRC circulars, SARB regulations, ANCFCC bulletins, FMBN guidelines. We do not republish secondhand claims.

Refreshed on a fixed schedule

Cornerstone country guides are reviewed and republished every 90 days. Mid-tier guides every 180 days. Programmatic city pages refresh nightly from live Propzion listings data. Each article displays the date of its last verified refresh.

Conflicts of interest are declared

When an article is reviewed by a professional with a commercial interest (e.g. a lawyer running an escrow service), that interest is disclosed at the foot of the article. Reviewers cannot influence editorial verdict on competing services.

We correct errors visibly and quickly
