Welcome to Propzion. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant Propzion a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You represent you have the right to publish each listing and the underlying photographs.
Propzion provides tools and infrastructure for real estate transactions. Where escrow is used, funds are held by licensed third-party escrow agents subject to their terms. Propzion is not a party to your underlying transaction unless explicitly contracted.
Agents, brokers, lawyers, developers and lenders are responsible for ensuring they hold all required licences and authorisations in each jurisdiction in which they operate. Propzion may require proof of licensure for verification badges.
Listings, market data, valuations and analytics are provided “as is” for informational purposes. Propzion does not warrant accuracy and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or property advice. Independent due diligence is your responsibility before any transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propzion’s aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid by you to Propzion in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify Propzion against claims arising from your content, your transactions, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or that pose risk to the Platform community. You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales for international users, except where local mandatory law applies. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the LCIA rules, seat London, save where local consumer law grants you a non-waivable right to local courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app banner with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
